Dr. Vijay Suryashekhar is a global career strategist, leadership mentor, and executive coach with over 20 years of multidimensional experience across IT, product management, digital transformation, exam governance, training, counselling, and academia.

He has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President in a leading IT organisation, where he managed mission-critical programs, worked with 800+ global brands, and delivered high-impact digital initiatives. His expertise spans roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master Manager, Project Leader, and Brand Manager, giving him a 360° view of business, technology, user behaviour, and team performance.

Dr. Vijay has also worked on major international projects with Amazon Ads and LinkedIn, contributing to creative strategy, digital branding, feature store development, and large-scale campaign execution. These experiences provided deep insights into consumer psychology, content strategy, employer branding, and the future of digital careers — knowledge he now brings into his coaching and counselling work.

In academia, Dr. Vijay Suryashekhar has collaborated with top universities such as RGUHS, VIT, MGR Medical University, and VTU, and has served as an Industrial Expert & Panel Member at Bharathidasan University.
